Returns & Exchanges

At Empowering Decor, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
